Dear patients and trusted business partners,

We want to update you on how Capio is working through the unprecedented challenges and impact Covid-19 is presenting to the healthcare industry and communities nationwide. We recognize healthcare facilities are on the front-line and under tremendous pressure dealing with significant issues such as virus testing procedures, increasing staffing, creating additional patient beds, and executing business continuity plans. It is certainly not business as usual for any industry; however, at Capio we remain committed to our core mission of helping your patients maintain their financial wellness during these uncertain times.

To date, there has not been a direct impact on our operations. We are closely following the guidance of the Centers for Disease Control and other local and national health organizations, allowing our teams to work from home when possible and taking extra precautions in our offices and customer service centers. Capio remains committed to providing a safe and healthy work environment for our team members and will take appropriate actions as needed to minimize risk within our organization. We’re taking care of our team members so that they can continue to take care of your valued patients.

Our employees understand that school closures, changes in daycare and childcare programs, temporary lay-offs and how long Covid-19 will remain in communities creates uncertainty and stress for all consumers.
